Bell-shaped, weighted base provides stability for Tatco classic posts & black velour ropes (both sold separately) to provide stylish, portable traffic guides. Base stays in place & will not stain carpet. Heavy-duty shell is mirror-polished. Rich velour ropes are prefit for the post & have matching snap ends. For complete stanchions, both posts & ropes must be ordered.
