A paid subscription to Lathem's PayClock Online web-based time clock software is required & sold separately. Punch times are transmitted securely by Wi-Fi or Ethernet to the PayClock Online cloud-based time clock software for calculating worked hours including overtime, editing, reporting & exporting to your existing payroll software including ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks & more. The PCEXPRESS includes features for both employees & supervisors directly at the time clock. Employees can clock in & out with a proximity RFID badge or PIN & perform additional functions on demand such as transferring departments, entering tips, viewing total worked hours, benefit time balances & messages from their supervisor.
